All personal and payment details provided will be handled securely and used only for the purposes of processing payments and managing accounts. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with client consent.
All services provided by Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd comply with Australian laws and regulations, including safety standards and industry guidelines.
Environmental Considerations
Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd is committed to environmentally responsible practices. This includes proper disposal of waste, recycling wherever possible, and using energy-efficient materials and methods in our projects.
Payment Terms
Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring clear and transparent payment terms for all clients, including builders, homeowners, commercial clients, and property managers. To maintain efficient operations and high-quality services, payment is required upfront or on the day of completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
Payment Claim Notice
This is a payment claim made under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2002 (Victoria). If payment is not received within seven (7) days of the due date, the following actions may be initiated:
1. Legal Action: Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to take legal measures, including issuing a statutory demand or pursuing other recovery actions, to settle outstanding balances.
2. Debt Recovery Charges: Additional charges will be levied against accounts where payment is overdue. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Administrative fees
- Legal fees
- Collection agency costs
3. Account-Keeping Fees: Overdue accounts will incur account-keeping fees. These fees are charged to cover the additional resources required to manage and maintain the account while it remains unpaid.

Payment Dispute Resolution
In the event of a payment dispute, clients are required to submit written notice detailing the nature of the dispute within seven (7) days of receiving the invoice. Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd will review the dispute and provide a response within 14 days. Both parties are encouraged to work collaboratively to resolve any issues promptly.
Non-Payment Consequences Beyond Termination
In addition to service termination, prolonged non-payment may result in reports to credit bureaus or legal actions to recover outstanding debts. Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to pursue all available remedies under the law.
Additional Payment Guidelines for Commercial Clients and Property Managers
For commercial clients and property managers, Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd offers tailored invoicing and payment options to streamline transactions. However, the following terms apply:
1. Payment is expected upfront or on the day of completion for most services unless a prior arrangement is made in writing.
2. In cases of large-scale projects or ongoing maintenance agreements, progressive payment schedules can be arranged, with payments due at clearly defined milestones.
3. Any variation to the agreed-upon scope of work or services may result in additional charges, which will be invoiced separately and must be paid within the specified timeframe.
4. Work may be suspended if payment is not made as per the agreed terms.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Special Orders
Nearly all products and materials supplied by Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd are classified as special order items. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. Clients are responsible for confirming all specifications prior to approval.
Refunds or credits will only be issued under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd. Any approved refunds will exclude restocking fees, supplier charges, or non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Cancellations must be requested in writing and will be considered based on the stage of progress and order commitments. Any costs already incurred, including deposits or special orders, will be deducted from any potential refund.
Inspection and Acceptance
Clients are required to inspect completed work within seven (7) days of completion. Any issues or defects must be reported in writing within this timeframe to be eligible for rectification under the applicable warranty.
Retention of Title
All materials and products supplied by Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Clients are encouraged to make prompt payments to ensure transfer of ownership.
Accepted Payment Methods
Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd accepts the following payment methods:
1. Bank Transfer / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
2. Credit Card (a processing fee may apply)

Early Payment Discounts
Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd offers an early payment discount of 2-5% for payments made in full prior to the commencement of services or within a shorter specified timeframe. This incentive encourages prompt settlement and streamlines the transaction process.
Timeframe for Service Completion
While Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd strives to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as delays in material supply or adverse weather conditions may extend the completion timeline. Clients will be informed of any expected delays as soon as possible.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a clear and safe worksite to ensure that Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd can perform services efficiently and safely. This includes:
1. Ensuring access to the worksite at agreed times.
2. Removing obstructions or hazards that may impede work.
3. Complying with any safety instructions provided by Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional costs being incurred to address delays, hazards, or obstructions that hinder the progress of the work. Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to invoice for any additional time or resources required as a result of these issues.
Indemnity Clause
Clients agree to indemnify Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided, unsafe conditions at the work site, or any actions that may hinder the successful completion of services.
Severability Clause
If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Warranty and Liability Terms
Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd provides the following warranties to ensure quality and peace of mind:
1. Product Warranty: Products installed by Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd typically come with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to five (5) years. Clients are encouraged to retain documentation for warranty claims.
2. Workmanship Warranty: All workmanship is covered by a warranty of six (6) years, ensuring that services provided meet professional standards and regulations.
3. Warranty Conditions: Warranties are contingent upon full payment of all outstanding balances. No warranty claims will be processed until accounts are paid in full.
4. Extended Warranties: Extended warranties may be available for products and workmanship if the systems or services are regularly maintained by Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd under a service agreement. Contact our office for more details on eligibility and terms.
Standard Site Conditions
All quotes are based on standard site conditions. Any unforeseen issues, access limitations, or additional work required will be quoted and billed separately. Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd will notify the client of any variations prior to proceeding with additional work.
Service Scope
Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd will deliver services as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work. In cases where a written scope is not provided or where the nature of the work is do-and-charge, services will be carried out as required based on site conditions, urgency, and professional judgment.
Any services outside a defined or reasonable scope may incur additional charges. While Veeken Plumbing Services Pty Ltd will endeavour to communicate variations where practicable, prior approval may not always be possible due to site conditions or urgency. Clients remain responsible for charges incurred in the course of necessary work.
